Wilton Course 3 Final Cake

Here is my Course 3 Final Tiered cake. Had to do lots of roses n buds...Took me quite a while with a kid around who wants to eat the roses! The top tier is a double layer chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream icing and the bottom tier is a double layer carrot cake with buttercream icing, Covered with Satin Ice Rolled Fondant. The Fondant was tasting way better than the wilton's. This ivory wedding cake became my birthday cake and this is so far the biggest cake I had for my birthday! :)

Wilton class was a good start for me. It helped with the basics. U cud try on ur own as well...There are lots of sites that cud help u! But a hands on instruction will definitely make a difference!
