Debbie Brown's Friends Forever cake

Seven years had run by since I first met Ashok. This is kind of an anniversary cake for us! Inspired by Debbie Brown's "Friends Forever" cake. This is a Madiera Sponge cake with buttercreamm filling. Loved the teddies a lot!
