Wilton Fondant and Gumpaste Final cake

Here is my Fondant and Gumpaste class final cake! This is a White cake with buttercream icing and caramel filling. I covered the cake with Wilton Rolled Fondant. It was very chewy! Next time I am gonna go with Satin Ice Rolled Fondant. I am waiting for my wilton fondant to get finished!

Old Fashioned Strawberry shortcake

The recipe was more of biscuit type. It wasn't actually a cake! Got the recipe from web somewhere and tried it out! Came out great!
